Web2.0 Marketing Blueprint For Realty ProfessionalsMay 19th, 2009 There’s been a lot of talk recently both on the internet and via the mainstream mediums about the serious problems in the real estate and mortgage lending sectors, and unfortunately we know these to be real issues rather than the typical doom and gloom pessimistic comments from critics and “experts’. So that’s the down side of our present ‘reality,’- but there’s gotta be an upside too right? There always is as long as you’re prepared to go and seek it out and then once found do whatever’s needed to take action and reap the benefits. Lots of people these days are turning to the Internet for answers and solutions to their problems and although many will find success and just kind of hit a vein of good fortune and turn things around,..most others won’t find anything but information overload, frustrating quick-fix solutions, time consuming link clicking and social network ping-pong, and overall disappointment and frustration. That’s where skill, knowledge and experience come strongly into play,- but for the busy realty professional that hasn’t had a lot of time to afford to keeping up with the latest trends, systems and applications it’s easier said than done. My name is Russell C Hall, and I’m a semi retired former licensed real estate agent with a passion for web site design, PHP coding and social networking and over the past couple of years I’ve been working very diligently to develop systems that would benefit real estate agents. Then, it occurred to me after following hundreds of blog and forum threads frequented by realty professionals that many of them were struggling to develop online systems that would be simple to implement and also allow them to make some sense of where their businesses fitted in with all this new Web2.0 technology stuff. I’ve been working in a concentrated way for the past 6 months to develop a system and format that would create clarity amongst the clutter and give realty professionals some solid tools, strategies and support that would allow them not only to survive the current challenges but to prosper and advance.
